Overview

The factory Jeep Wrangler JL/JLU exhaust hangs low enough to find every rock and ledge, and it does little for the sound of the 3.6L Pentastar V6. The AWE Trail Edition Exhaust fixes both. It is a crawler-engineered cat-back that tucks the exit up high for best-in-class clearance on even the most aggressive departure angles, and it gives the V6 a purposeful, throaty tone on and off the trail.

AWE handcrafts the Trail Edition from U.S.-made CNC mandrel-bent .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel using a clean, straight-through design that maximizes flow. AWE recorded dyno-verified gains of up to 5 hp and 10 lb-ft of torque at the wheels for its Jeep exhaust suites. The system is a direct bolt-on with no cutting required.

For road trips, AWE's Tread Edition with 180 Technology® is the quieter, highway-focused option. The Trail Edition is engineered and manufactured in-house in the USA and carries the AWE Lifetime Exhaust Warranty, Perfect Fitment Guarantee and No Check Engine Light Guarantee.

Will it fit my lifted JL?
Usually, but AWE notes it may not cooperate with lift kits that use rear sway bar drop brackets. Call us with your lift details.

Does it fit the 2.0T?
No. The 2.0T uses AWE part 3015-21005.

Do I need a tune?
No. It is a bolt-on cat-back.

Fits 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler JL 2-door and JLU 4-door with the 3.6L V6, including eTorque. 4-door models use the included extension tube.
Not for the 2.0T, 4xe, 392 or Gladiator. May not cooperate with lift kits that use rear sway bar drop brackets.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
