Brembo Big Brake Kits for BMW G07 X7 (2020-2027)

This page lists the Brembo big brake kit we offer for the BMW X7 (G07), BMW's three-row flagship SUV, listed by Brembo from the 2020 model year and sold in the US through the 2027 model year. In the US the G07 has been offered as the xDrive40i, M50i, M60i and ALPINA XB7. With three rows of seats, a full load of passengers and a curb weight of around 5,500 pounds or more, the X7 asks a lot of its brakes, especially when towing or descending long grades. A Brembo GT kit adds heat capacity and a firmer, more consistent pedal. A Brembo system replaces the caliper and disc on the axle you choose with a matched caliper, disc and pad package, sold as a complete axle set.

Brembo lists one kit for the G07: a GT 8-piston front kit on 412x38mm two-piece drilled discs. It is Brembo's largest GT caliper and disc package for this platform, the same package Brembo lists for the G06 X6, and it comes in black, red, yellow or fluorescent yellow.

• Kit: One front kit is listed first: a GT 8-piston kit on 412x38mm discs. Each kit name gives the axle, the system (GT or PISTA), the piston count and the disc size.
• Finish: every kit on this page comes in black, red, yellow, and fluorescent yellow. A finish that a kit does not offer cannot be selected for it.
• Disc Type: drilled discs suit street driving and give good wet-weather bite. Every kit offers Drilled.

FAQ

Which X7 models does this fit?
Brembo lists the kit for the X7 (G07) from the 2020 model year, with no model exclusions on the price sheet. In the US the G07 runs from 2020 to 2027.

Is there a rear kit?
No. Brembo lists only the front GT 8-piston kit on 412x38mm two-piece discs for the X7. The front axle does most of the braking, so this is where a big brake kit makes the biggest difference.

Is this the same kit as the G06 X6?
Yes. Brembo lists the same GT 8-piston 412x38mm front kit for the X7 (G07) and the X6 (G06).

Which finish should I choose?
Black, red, yellow and fluorescent yellow are all the same 8-piston GT caliper and share one price, so pick the color that suits the car.

Will these kits fit my wheels?
Every big brake kit needs wheel clearance, and the 412mm kits need the most room on the X7. Send us your wheel size and offset and we will check them against Brembo's clearance data before you order.

Brembo lists the kit on this page for the BMW X7 (G07) 2020-2027. Brembo GT systems are designed for cars at original ride height. Raising the ride height is not compatible with the brake lines included in these systems.
