Brembo Big Brake Kits for BMW G45 X3 (2025-2027)

This page lists every Brembo big brake kit we offer for the fourth-generation BMW X3 (G45), sold in the US from the 2025 model year as the X3 30 xDrive. BMW of North America and Car and Driver both confirm the G45 X3 for the 2027 model year. It is a heavier compact SUV than the G01 it replaced, and owners who tow, load the cargo area or drive mountain roads soon find the limits of the factory brakes. A Brembo GT kit adds heat capacity and a firmer pedal. A Brembo system replaces the caliper and disc on the axle you choose with a matched caliper, disc and pad package, sold as a complete axle set.

There are four front kits, all GT 6-piston, in two disc sizes and two caliper families (N and T). The 380x34mm kits are offered with drilled, Type 1 slotted or Type 3 slotted discs, and the 405x34mm kits with drilled or Type 3 slotted discs. The N caliper kits come in black, red, silver, yellow, GT-S hard-anodized black or GT-R nickel-plated billet. The T caliper kits come in black, red, yellow or fluorescent yellow.

Choosing Your Kit

• Kit: Four front kits are listed first: a GT 6-piston kit on 380x34mm discs (N caliper family), a GT 6-piston kit on 380x34mm discs (T caliper family), a GT 6-piston kit on 405x34mm discs (N caliper family), and a GT 6-piston kit on 405x34mm discs (T caliper family). Each kit name gives the axle, the system (GT or PISTA), the piston count and the disc size.
• Finish: front GT 6-piston 380x34mm kit (N caliper) and front GT 6-piston 405x34mm kit (N caliper): black, red, silver, yellow, GT-S (black hard-anodized), and GT-R (billet-machined and nickel-plated); front GT 6-piston 380x34mm kit (T caliper) and front GT 6-piston 405x34mm kit (T caliper): black, red, yellow, and fluorescent yellow. A finish that a kit does not offer cannot be selected for it.
• Disc Type: drilled discs suit street driving and give good wet-weather bite; Type 1 Slotted is a street and occasional-track disc; Type 3 Slotted is aimed at regular track days. Offered as follows: Drilled, Type 1 Slotted, and Type 3 Slotted on the front GT 6-piston 380x34mm kit (N caliper) and front GT 6-piston 380x34mm kit (T caliper); Drilled and Type 3 Slotted on the front GT 6-piston 405x34mm kit (N caliper) and front GT 6-piston 405x34mm kit (T caliper).

FAQ

Which X3 models do these fit?
Brembo lists the kits on this page for the X3 30 xDrive (G45), 2025-2027. The X3 M50 has its own page with the larger kits Brembo lists for it.

Which disc size should I choose?
If your car can take both, the larger disc gives the most heat capacity, and the smaller disc is the lighter choice that clears more wheels.

Do these kits fit the X3 M50?
No. Order from the G45 X3 M50 page, which carries the 405mm and 412mm kits Brembo lists for the M50.

What is the difference between the N and T caliper kits?
Both are 6-piston GT calipers on the same disc size. Brembo lists them as two caliper families with different finish choices: the N caliper offers silver, GT-S and GT-R, and the T caliper offers fluorescent yellow.

Will these kits fit my wheels?
Every big brake kit needs wheel clearance, and the 405mm kits need the most room on the X3. Send us your wheel size and offset and we will check them against Brembo's clearance data before you order.

Fitment Notes

Brembo lists the kits on this page for the BMW X3 30 xDrive (G45) 2025-2027. Brembo GT systems are designed for cars at original ride height. Raising the ride height is not compatible with the brake lines included in these systems. The GT-R 6-piston caliper needs different wheel clearance from the GT 6-piston caliper.
