Brembo Big Brake Kits for Dodge Challenger (2008-2023)

This page lists every Brembo big brake kit we offer for the 2008-2023 Dodge Challenger, front and rear, in GT, GT-S and GT-R form. The Challenger is a big, heavy muscle coupe. A V6, a 5.7-liter HEMI R/T or an SRT-8 all build a lot of brake heat on a fast road or a track day. A Brembo GT system replaces the caliper and disc on the axle you choose with a matched caliper, 2-piece disc and pad package.

Brembo splits the Challenger by engine and generation, and each kit name starts with its group. "V6 & V8 2008-2010" and "V6 & V8 2011-2023" cover rear-drive V6 and V8 cars, and the "V8" groups add the larger 380mm front kit. "SRT-8 2008-2014" covers the SRT-8, including an 8-piston front kit. AWD Challengers are not covered. For 2011-2023 V8 cars, Brembo excludes the SRT, 392, Scat Pack and Performance Handling package, which came with larger factory brakes.

Choosing Your Kit

• Kit: each kit name starts with the cars it fits, so pick your group first. "V6 & V8 2008-2010": front GT 4-piston kit on 355x32mm discs and front GT 6-piston kit on 355x32mm discs. "V6 & V8 2011-2023": front GT 6-piston kit on 355x32mm discs. "V8 2008-2010": front GT 6-piston kit on 380x34mm discs. "V8 2011-2023": front GT 6-piston kit on 380x34mm discs. "SRT-8 2008-2014": front GT 6-piston kit on 380x34mm discs, front GT 8-piston kit on 380x34mm discs, and rear GT 4-piston kit on 380x28mm discs. "V6 & V8 2008-2023": rear GT 4-piston kit on 345x28mm discs. Then choose the axle and kit.
• Finish: "V6 & V8 2008-2010" front GT 4-piston 355x32mm kit, "SRT-8 2008-2014" front GT 8-piston 380x34mm kit, and "V6 & V8 2008-2023" rear GT 4-piston 345x28mm kit: black, red, and silver; "V6 & V8 2008-2010" front GT 6-piston 355x32mm kit, "V6 & V8 2011-2023" front GT 6-piston 355x32mm kit, "V8 2008-2010" front GT 6-piston 380x34mm kit, "V8 2011-2023" front GT 6-piston 380x34mm kit, "SRT-8 2008-2014" front GT 6-piston 380x34mm kit, and "SRT-8 2008-2014" rear GT 4-piston 380x28mm kit: black, red, silver, yellow, GT-S (black hard-anodized), and GT-R (billet-machined and nickel-plated). A finish that a kit does not offer cannot be selected for it.
• Disc Type: drilled discs suit street driving and give good wet-weather bite; Type 1 Slotted is a street and occasional-track disc; Type 3 Slotted is aimed at regular track days. GT kits: add the finish code to the base part number for the exact part: 1 black, 2 red, 3 silver, 5 yellow, 7 fluorescent yellow, S GT-S, R GT-R. Replacement and upgrade pads for these calipers are sold separately.

FAQ

Which group is my Challenger in?
Use the model year and engine. A 2008-2010 V6 or V8 car (not AWD, not SRT-8) uses the 2008-2010 groups. A 2011-2023 V6 or V8 car uses the 2011-2023 groups, unless it is AWD, an SRT, a 392, a Scat Pack or has the Performance Handling package. The SRT-8 has its own group.

Is there a kit for the Scat Pack or Hellcat?
Not on this page. Brembo does not list these kits for the Scat Pack, 392, SRT Hellcat or cars with the Performance Handling package.

Do the rear kits fit every Challenger here?
The 345x28mm rear kit is listed for all rear-drive V6 and V8 cars from 2008 to 2023 (same exclusions as above). The SRT-8 has its own 380x28mm rear kit.

Will these kits fit my wheels?
Every big brake kit needs wheel clearance, and the 380mm kits need the most room on the Challenger. Send us your wheel size and offset and we will check them against Brembo's clearance data before you order.

Fitment Notes

Brembo lists the kits on this page for the Dodge Challenger: 2008-2010 V6 and V8 (excluding AWD and SRT-8), 2011-2023 V6 and V8 (excluding AWD, SRT, 392, Scat Pack and Performance Handling), and the 2008-2014 SRT-8. Brembo GT systems are designed for cars at original ride height. Raising the ride height is not compatible with the brake lines included in these systems. The GT-R 6-piston caliper needs different wheel clearance from the GT 6-piston caliper.
