Brembo Big Brake Kits for Ford F150 Raptor (2021-2026)

This page lists every Brembo big brake kit we offer for the 2021-2026 Ford F-150 Raptor, the third-generation Raptor. Both kits are front kits: a GT 6-piston kit on 380x34mm two-piece discs and a GT 8-piston kit on 412x38mm two-piece discs. The current Raptor is a heavy truck with a high-output twin-turbo V6 and 35- or 37-inch tires, and that mass and rotating weight ask a lot of the factory front brakes on long descents, when towing and on fast desert runs. A Brembo system replaces the caliper and disc on the axle you choose with a matched caliper, disc and pad package, sold as a complete axle set.

The 6-piston kit comes in black, red or silver with drilled, Type 1 slotted or Type 3 slotted discs. The 8-piston kit is the largest front system Brembo lists for this truck and comes in black, red, yellow or fluorescent yellow with drilled discs. Brembo designs both systems for trucks at original ride height, and increased ride height is not compatible with the brake lines included in these kits.

Choosing Your Kit

• Kit: Two front kits are listed first: a GT 6-piston kit on 380x34mm discs and a GT 8-piston kit on 412x38mm discs. Each kit name gives the axle, the system (GT or PISTA), the piston count and the disc size.
• Finish: front GT 6-piston 380x34mm kit: black, red, and silver; front GT 8-piston 412x38mm kit: black, red, yellow, and fluorescent yellow. A finish that a kit does not offer cannot be selected for it.
• Disc Type: drilled discs suit street driving and give good wet-weather bite; Type 1 Slotted is a street and occasional-track disc; Type 3 Slotted is aimed at regular track days. Offered as follows: Drilled, Type 1 Slotted, and Type 3 Slotted on the front GT 6-piston 380x34mm kit; Drilled on the front GT 8-piston 412x38mm kit.

FAQ

Is there a rear kit for the 2021-2026 Raptor?
Brembo's current application list has front kits only for this generation of the Raptor.

Will these fit a lifted Raptor?
Brembo designs GT systems for vehicles at original ride height. Increased ride height is not compatible with the brake lines included in these kits.

Do these kits fit the Raptor R?
Brembo lists these kits for the F-150 Raptor and does not name the Raptor R, so contact us before ordering for a Raptor R.

6-piston or 8-piston front kit?
The 6-piston 380mm kit has more finish and disc choices and fits more wheels. The 8-piston 412mm kit has the most braking capacity and needs the most wheel clearance.

Will these kits fit my wheels?
Every big brake kit needs wheel clearance, and the 412mm kits need the most room on the Raptor. Send us your wheel size and offset and we will check them against Brembo's clearance data before you order.

Brembo lists the kits on this page for the Ford F-150 Raptor from the 2021 model year on. Brembo GT systems are designed for cars at original ride height. Raising the ride height is not compatible with the brake lines included in these systems.
