The Dinan Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake System for F8x X5M/X6M not only transforms the underhood aesthetics but also delivers an impressive performance upgrade through its innovative filter and airbox design. By expanding the intake’s filter area by 228% and creating a larger airbox, Dinan has crafted a system that draws more air, reduces intake restrictions, and improves throttle response. The carbon fiber lid, tailored to fit within the hood’s limits, provides a premium look that matches the vehicle's high-performance character while enabling more airflow and a sportier tone.

Key Features:

  • Power Gains: +23 HP at 5500 RPM and +25 lb-ft of torque at 4000 RPM (with tuning).
  • Enhanced Airflow: 228% increase in filter area (146.2 in² per filter vs. stock 44.5 in²), with the custom filters drawing air from all sides.
  • Larger Volume Airbox: Enlarged by ~15%, the carbon fiber lid provides the necessary space for the larger filters.
  • Sportier Sound: Slightly more audible intake noise for a sportier driving experience.
  • Premium Carbon Fiber Design: Striking appearance that enhances the engine bay with a signature look.
  • Bolt-On Installation: Easily installs with no major modifications needed.
