Dinan Cold Air Intake for BMW M240i / M340i 2020-2024

Note:

The Dinan Carbon Fiber Intake for the M240i and M340i significantly elevates the vehicle’s performance, sound, and aesthetic appeal, addressing the limitations of the stock intake system. Designed for optimized airflow, enhanced throttle response, and an improved engine bay appearance, this intake is ideal for enthusiasts seeking a more dynamic driving experience.

Key Features:

• Power Gains: With an impressive max increase of +9 WHP and +8 lb-ft of torque at 6500 RPM, this intake enhances top-end performance on stock M240i and M340i models.
• Enhanced Throttle Response: The larger air box volume and redesigned filter offer 58% greater airflow, resulting in faster throttle response and more efficient engine operation.
• Improved Sound Profile: Removal of the intake resonator and the introduction of a semi-open intake design allow for a sportier, louder sound, highlighting the turbo spool and BOV for a more thrilling auditory experience.
• Expanded Air Box & Filter: The custom-designed, 40% larger free-flow filter (115 in² vs. the stock 82 in²) is housed in a 60% larger air box that maximizes the use of available space, ensuring maximum air intake.
• Secondary Air Inlet: The system’s patterned secondary inlet openings ensure optimal flow without increasing intake temperatures, verified through rigorous testing across various driving conditions.
• Premium Carbon Fiber Design: With a glossy carbon fiber finish, the intake system adds a high-performance, aesthetic edge to the engine bay, replacing the plain stock air box with an eye-catching component.
• Easy Installation: Designed to fit the G20 M340i and G42 M240i models without factory bracing, the system is straightforward to install and integrates seamlessly.
