Dinan High Flow Intake System for BMW 325i 2001-2006

Note:

The Dinan High Flow Intake System for BMW models is designed to enhance engine power and efficiency by optimizing air intake flow and temperature control. This system provides a carefully crafted upgrade that addresses both performance and durability, ideal for drivers seeking an edge in their BMW’s performance capabilities.

Key Features:

• Power Gains: Adds up to +9 horsepower and +8 lb-ft of torque at 6500 RPM (with accompanying Dinan engine software), offering noticeable improvements in acceleration and responsiveness.
• Composite Lid Design: The injection-molded lid replaces the stock airbox cover, increasing volume for better airflow. Made from a heat-resistant composite material, it effectively minimizes intake air temperatures and prevents power loss from under-hood heat.
• Sealed System: An integrated O-ring seals the airbox completely, ensuring maximum pressurization and shielding the intake from heat-soaking, which optimizes engine performance under varying conditions.
• Secondary Intake Duct: A secondary duct connects to the factory brake cooling duct, directing extra cool air to the intake as vehicle speed increases. This helps maintain performance by consistently delivering oxygen-rich air to the engine.
• Enhanced Air Filter: The larger filter element allows for maximum airflow, further promoting engine efficiency.
• This part is legal for sale and use on Emissions Controlled Vehicles, in all 50 states, when used in accordance with the manufacturers application guide because it has a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order (EO) number.
