Dinan High Flow Intake System for BMW M240i / M340i / M440i 2020-2024

Note:

The Dinan Carbon Fiber Intake for the G2x M240i, M340i, and M440i models brings a high-performance edge to the engine bay, addressing both aesthetics and functionality. Stock models feature a basic, noise-dampened airbox that minimizes the engine's natural turbo sounds and limits airflow—essentially contradicting the otherwise dynamic Mx40i platform. Dinan's intake system solves these issues, offering a semi-open intake with a custom-engineered design that delivers +9 WHP and +8 lb-ft of torque, increased throttle responsiveness, and an exhilarating turbo sound.

Key Features:

• Performance Gains: Achieve max gains of +9 WHP and +8 lb-ft of torque at 6500 RPM on a completely stock vehicle, enhancing top-end power and throttle response.
• Aggressive Sound Profile: The semi-open design amplifies the engine’s natural turbo sounds, eliminating the stock resonator to let turbo spool and blow-off valve sounds shine through.
• Enhanced Airflow: The intake outflows the stock setup by 58%, thanks to a larger, custom airbox and 40% increased filter area, achieving a 60% larger air volume than stock.
• Optimized Design: The entire lower airbox has been reworked and enlarged to maximize engine bay space, featuring a secondary inlet for improved airflow without raising turbo inlet temperatures.
• Premium Carbon Fiber Aesthetics: The immaculate carbon fiber build transforms the engine bay, elevating the look and feel with a visually striking, performance-inspired upgrade.
• Easy Installation: Engineered for compatibility with all G2x Mx40i models, the intake is a straightforward, quick installation with or without factory bracing.
