Eventuri Black Carbon Intake for Honda Civic Type R FL5 2023-2026

The Eventuri black carbon intake for the Honda FL5 Civic Type R replaces the factory airbox on the K20C1 with a sealed pre-preg carbon enclosure, a carbon Venturi tube with an integrated MAF mount and a custom high-flow filter.

The factory intake sits directly behind the radiator, where fan discharge and the nearby turbocharger heat the air. Eventuri encloses the filter in a fully sealed carbon box and lid instead of relying on an open filter and heat shield, so it draws a cooler, steadier supply.

Inside the box, a smooth carbon Venturi tube replaces the factory flexible rubber hose and its deep internal ridges. The Venturi stack matches the inner diameter of the filter neck, so the transition from filter to tube is continuous. The tube sits independently in the airbox and moves with the engine without stressing the seal.

At the turbo, a custom silicone hose with an internal step mates to the factory metal tube and keeps the original breather module. In back-to-back dyno testing by independent Honda tuning specialists, with standard calibration and exhaust and the hood closed, Eventuri reports 14 hp and 15 lb-ft at the flywheel.
