Eventuri Black Carbon Intake for C8 Corvette Z06 Hard-Top Convertible

The Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System for the Chevrolet C8 Corvette Z06 Hard-Top Convertible has been engineered from the ground up to address the airflow limitations of the naturally aspirated LT6 engine. By rethinking the constraints of the factory intake architecture, originally derived from the LT3 Stingray platform, Eventuri developed a system that increases intake volume and optimizes airflow efficiency through organically shaped carbon fiber construction paired with their patented Venturi housing technology.

Dyno testing by Paragon Performance measured gains across the rev range, with peak increases of approximately 19 wheel horsepower and 18 lb-ft of torque. Mid-range improvements reach up to 42 wheel horsepower and 44 lb-ft between 3,500 and 5,500 rpm, where the LT6 benefits most from the extra breathing capacity, and throttle response is noticeably sharper.

Constructed entirely from prepreg carbon fiber using precision-engineered hardware, every component meets Eventuri's exacting manufacturing standards to ensure factory-level fitment. The exposed carbon fiber construction provides both structural integrity and a premium visual element that complements the exotic character of the Z06 Hard-Top Convertible while delivering the thermal management properties required for sustained performance.

The patented Venturi housing technology creates a smoother, less restrictive airflow path while preserving high air velocity into the engine, addressing the size and geometry restrictions inherent in the OEM airbox design. This engineering approach maintains proper thermal management while optimizing the intake volume to meet the demanding airflow requirements as engine speed climbs and airflow demand intensifies.

Carbon ducts carry ambient air from the side vents into the housing, each sealed with a neoprene gasket at three fixing points. Inside, two reverse-mounted filters sit behind aluminum cowls, and the housing narrows smoothly into two MAF tubes, one for each bank of the plenum.

The kit ships with a clear polycarbonate trunk panel shaped for the Hard-Top Convertible, which replaces the factory panel that limits the size of the stock airbox and leaves the carbon housing on display whenever the trunk is open.

Fitment Notes

• Fits the C8 Corvette Z06 Hard-Top Convertible only. It does not fit the Z06 Coupe, which has its own system.
