The BMW X3 M40i Eventuri intake is engineered to optimize airflow and maintain low intake air temperatures for enhanced turbo performance.

Experience enhanced turbo performance and airflow efficiency with the Eventuri X3/X4 M40i intake system, meticulously engineered and crafted to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Carbon Fiber Airbox

Crafted from Prepreg Carbon Fiber, the airbox ensures a tight seal around the filter to guard against engine bay heat. Positioned adjacent to the exhaust manifold, sealing the intake tube is vital to prevent heated air from entering. A laser-cut plate with a rubber sealing strip secures the intake tube to the airbox, while an additional heat shield with a gold reflective layer minimizes heat soak from the exhaust manifold side.

Carbon Inlet Tube

The stock inlet tube, with its flexible and convoluted design, introduces potential turbulence into the airflow path due to its multiple faces. We address this by replacing it with our smooth carbon tube, offering a larger internal volume for improved airflow. Unlike typical aftermarket intakes, we maximize our tube's size, increasing its internal diameter from the OEM's 80.8mm to 109mm, a significant 82% increase in cross-sectional area. This ensures smoother, more laminar airflow. Additionally, our tube features CNC machined fittings for the temperature sensor and breather adapter, maintaining precision and performance.

Bespoke Cone Filter

Our cone filter is constructed from a double-layered non-woven mesh material that undergoes ISO testing to meet OEM filtration standards. Featuring a stable urethane base, the filter is both cleanable and heat-resistant, ensuring durability even under high temperatures. Inside, an internal flow guiding cone optimizes airflow convergence while minimizing stagnation points within the filter space. With a significantly larger surface volume compared to the stock panel filter, our filter enhances air intake efficiency for improved performance.

Shipping & returns

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
