Eventuri Matte Carbon Intake for Toyota GR Corolla 1.6L Turbo

The Eventuri GR Corolla Carbon Intake System is a high-performance induction upgrade engineered to maximize airflow efficiency for Toyota's turbocharged GR Corolla platform. Building on the proven design architecture of the GR Yaris intake, this system addresses intake air temperature management and turbo response through extensive dyno testing, airflow analysis, and temperature logging to deliver consistent performance gains.

Back-to-back dyno testing by Limit1 and by Paragon Performance in the US, on stock ECU software, measured gains of 15-17 hp and 15-18 lb-ft over the factory airbox. Because the sealed system no longer draws engine bay air, logged intake temperatures also dropped both before and after the intercooler.

The system features a large high-flow filter with a 210 mm outer diameter and over 130,000 mm² of filtration surface area. The fully sealed design minimizes heat soak by isolating the intake charge from engine bay temperatures, while increased internal volume and reduced pressure drop lower pumping losses, allowing the turbocharger to spool more efficiently across a wide range of driving conditions.

Air enters through a laser-cut aluminum scoop behind the grille and travels through a high-volume carbon duct into the Venturi housing, which holds a 210mm (8.3 in) dry cone filter with an integrated MAF section and a carbon rear tube to the turbo.

All carbon fiber components are manufactured from 100% pre-preg carbon fiber construction, ensuring consistent material quality, precise fiber control, and long-term durability under high-temperature operating conditions. The system is available in both gloss and matte carbon fiber finishes.

At the core of the system is Eventuri's patented carbon Venturi enclosure, which maximizes internal volume while maintaining smooth, laminar airflow into the turbocharger. This design delivers superior airflow efficiency compared to conventional open cone filter designs. The filter is housed within the optimized enclosure for maximum performance, creating laminar airflow characteristics that enhance overall system efficiency.
