Overview

Fabspeed 992 Carrera Sport Headers: sport headers that replace the heavy factory manifolds for better flow, sharper throttle response and more sound, for the 2020-2026 Porsche 992 911 Carrera.

Why headers matter

Headers set how well the flat-six breathes. Smooth mandrel-bent primaries and merge collectors scavenge exhaust pulses more efficiently than the factory manifolds, which helps power and throttle response.

Construction

T321 stainless steel tubing, argon back-purged and hand TIG welded by Fabspeed, with a lost-wax investment cast merge collector for durability and flow. CAD designed for the factory mounting points.

Installation

A bolt-on replacement for the factory headers that reuses the factory catalytic converters. Plan for a professional install, and re-torque the fasteners after the first heat cycle.
