Overview

Fabspeed 992 Turbo / Turbo S Sport Headers: sport headers that replace the heavy cast factory manifolds for better flow, more sound and less weight, for the 2021-2025 Porsche 992 911 Turbo / Turbo S. Fabspeed's dyno testing showed a gain of 18 whp.

Sound

In Fabspeed's words: "High-performance sport headers will allow more sports car sound, smoother exhaust flow, and acceleration on higher rpm’s to be extended. Resulting in more pops and burbles on downshifts, there’s nothing more descriptive than saying driving your Turbo will now become more engaging."

Why headers matter

Headers set how well the flat-six breathes. Smooth mandrel-bent primaries and merge collectors scavenge exhaust pulses more efficiently than the factory manifolds, which helps power and throttle response.

Construction

T321 stainless steel tubing, argon back-purged and hand TIG welded by Fabspeed, with a lost-wax investment cast merge collector for durability and flow. CAD designed for the factory mounting points.

Installation

A bolt-on replacement for the factory headers that reuses the factory catalytic converters. Plan for a professional install, and re-torque the fasteners after the first heat cycle.

Fitment note

Fits US 992 911 Turbo and Turbo S coupe and cabriolet models with the 3.7L twin-turbo flat-six, 2021-2025. It does not fit the 2026 992.2 Turbo S hybrid.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
