Overview

Fabspeed 986 Boxster Sport Headers: sport headers that replace the factory exhaust manifolds for better flow and a sharper response, for the 2000-2004 Porsche 986 Boxster.

Why headers matter

Headers set how well the flat-six breathes. Smooth mandrel-bent primaries and merge collectors scavenge exhaust pulses more efficiently than the factory manifolds, which helps power and throttle response.

Installation

Plan for a professional install. The part bolts to the factory mounting points, and the factory gaskets can be reused if they are in good condition. Re-torque the fasteners after the first heat cycle.
