Fabspeed C8 Corvette Long Tube Headers

Fabspeed C8 Corvette Long Tube Headers replace the bulky hydroformed factory headers on the 2020-2023 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray coupe and convertible. Fabspeed developed them with CAD flow modeling and many dyno sessions, and measured +25 crank hp (+20 whp) at 6,300 rpm and +21 lb-ft crank (+17 lb-ft at the wheels) at 3,300 rpm, with gains across the rev range for the 6.2L LT2 V8.

Design

Each header uses one-piece mandrel-bent T304L stainless primaries feeding F1 and Indy-style 4-into-1 high-velocity merge collectors with merge spikes for strong scavenging. The headers bolt directly to the factory C8 catalytic converters, with no cutting or welding.

Heat control

Mid-engine cars keep a lot of heat in the engine bay, so Fabspeed recommends its thermal header blankets, made from 321 stainless netting, ceramic fiber and Kevlar. They are sold separately; call us to add them.

Model years

This part number (FS.CHEVY.C8.HDRS) covers 2020-2023 cars. Fabspeed lists a separate part for 2024 and later Corvettes; call us for those.
