Installing a Forge turbo actuator allows precise boost adjustment, enhancing throttle response and control. The actuator comes standard with a spring suited for factory or slightly elevated boost levels. For tuned applications requiring higher boost, a stronger spring can be fitted upon request—contact us for details. Note that while this product is designed to optimize turbo performance, compatibility and maximum boost levels depend on the vehicle's engine management system (OEM or aftermarket).

This actuator features diaphragm-sealed internals by default, but customers can opt for piston-sealed internals—a Forge Motorsport exclusive. The piston design delivers equivalent performance with increased durability and reduced maintenance.
