M-Engineering's calibration for the Ferrari SF90 plug-in hybrid, with its 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, increases boost, improves throttle response, removes the top speed limiter and revises air/fuel ratios and ignition timing. M-Engineering states that the factory safety strategies stay in place, so the car keeps the protections Ferrari engineered into the stock calibration.

M-Engineering lists dyno plots and power figures for the SF90 as coming soon, so no gain is quoted here. Contact us before ordering if you need current figures.

The SF90 uses two ECUs, and both must be removed for tuning. M-Engineering provides instructions for removing the two ECUs; they are then sent to M-Engineering HQ, flashed and returned, with a typical turnaround of about 24 hours after they arrive. No flashing tool or license is needed.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.
