Overview

The M-Engineering Stage 3 Power Package for the 992.1 Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S pairs M-Engineering's M-Tuner ECU software with a CSF intercooler system. It is the step after a software-only tune for owners who want added cooling.

You do not need to mail in the ECU for this package. The M-Tuner software flashes the car at home through the OBD port, using the wireless dongle included in the M-Tuner Suite. M-Engineering's Stage 2 maps are designed to work well with this package, taking advantage of the added cooling. For the biggest gains from the intercooler, M-Engineering recommends a ProTune.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a bench flash or an OBD flash?
OBD. On the 992 Turbo and Turbo S, the M-Tuner Suite flashes the ECU through the OBD-II port at home. You do not remove or mail in the ECU. The intercooler system is a separate hardware install.

How much power does Stage 3 add?
M-Engineering has not published a separate dyno figure for this Stage 3 package. For reference, the included M-Tuner Suite's Stage 1 calibration on a Turbo S is rated at about +114whp and +145 lb-ft on 93 octane, measured at the wheels. With this package, the Stage 2 maps are designed to make use of the extra cooling, and a ProTune is recommended for maximum power.

Can I return the car to stock?
Yes, for the ECU. The M-Tuner uninstall file verifies and restores the original CALID and CVN.

Fitment notes

This package is for the 992.1-generation 911 Turbo and Turbo S only, not the newer 992.2 generation. The exhaust is sold separately.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
