M-Engineering Stage 4 Competition Package Porsche 991.2 Turbo S 2017-2019

The Stage 4 Competition package is M-Engineering's big-turbo build for the 991.2 Turbo and Turbo S. It brings together M-Tuner with ECU and PDK tuning, Pure Turbos 850 turbochargers on a core exchange, a twin CSF intercooler set, an IPD plenum and high-flow Y-pipe, Do88 turbo inlet hoses, the M.E. 4BAR MAP sensor kit and a ProTune.

Stage 4 cars require ProTuning, and it is included; contact M-Engineering to schedule it. A methanol injection kit is optional, so choose whether to add it in the selector. The ECU and PDK are flashed at home over OBD with the M-Tuner v3 dongle, and your stock turbo cores are sent in for the Pure Turbos exchange.

M-Tuner also gives you On-The-Fly Live Map Switching, fault reading and clearing, datalogging and the ability to return to stock.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a bench flash or an OBD flash?
OBD. The 991.2 Turbo ECU is flashed at home through the OBD-II port with the M-Tuner dongle in the package, so it is never mailed in, and the PDK calibration loads the same way. The hardware is a normal bolt-on install. Your stock turbo cores do need to be sent in, which generally takes 3 to 5 business days.

How much power does Stage 4 make?
M-Engineering does not publish a fixed figure for this package. Each car is ProTuned for its turbos and fuel, so output depends on the setup and whether methanol is added.

Should I add the methanol kit?
It is optional. Choose Yes to add a methanol injection kit to the package; the ProTune is then written for your car with methanol.
