Overview

A worn-out converter on a first-generation Sienna usually shows up as a P0420 and a failed smog check. If the van is registered in California or another CARB state, the fix has to be an EO-listed part: MagnaFlow 447163 is approved under Executive Order D-193-176 for the 1999-2000 Sienna with the 3.0L V6, in CE, LE and XLE trim. It is built as a complete pipe assembly that bolts to the stock flanges, so the swap needs hand tools, not a welder.
