In 1983, TAROX pioneered the first commercially available grooved brake disc, transitioning race-grade technology to everyday vehicles

Today, TAROX's performance brake discs are manufactured through a meticulous process:

1. Stringent Quality Control: Each blank cast undergoes rigorous inspections to ensure it meets high-quality standards.

2. Precision Machining: Advanced CNC turning machines and custom TAROX equipment are used to achieve a perfectly level surface with a tolerance approaching 0.015mm.

3. Individual Grinding: Specialized operators hand-grind each disc, resulting in a distinctive shine and optimal performance.

4. Heat Treatment: Structural stress-relieving heat treatment is applied at the end of each machining phase to enhance durability and performance.

This meticulous manufacturing process ensures that every TAROX brake disc delivers exceptional performance and reliability.
