Overview

The Remus F22 228i 84mm Black Chrome Tail Pipe Set (part 0025 83CBR) is a tail pipe set made for the BMW 228i (F22) and BMW 230i (F22). It fits the 2016-2021 model years sold in the US. If you are shopping for a 228i black chrome tail pipe set, this Remus part is made specifically for that application. Like every Remus part, it is developed in Austria for a specific vehicle, so it bolts up to the factory mounting points without modification.

About These Tail Pipes

Tail pipes are the visible finish of a Remus exhaust, and this set clamps onto the Remus silencer outlets to complete the look of the rear end.

Sound and Character

The tips do not change the sound much, but they set the look of the rear end, and Remus offers them in several sizes and finishes so you can match the style of the vehicle.

Vehicle Coverage

In the US market it fits the 2016 BMW 228i (chassis F22) with the 2.0L Turbo I4 engine; the 2017-2021 BMW 230i (chassis F22) with the 2.0L Turbo I4 engine. All years shown are US model years.

Materials and Construction

Remus makes this part from carbon fiber, which is light and stiff. Remus backs its products with a 24-month manufacturer warranty.
