Remus Mk7 GTI Axle-Back + Front Silencer, Black Tail Pipes | 15-21

Remus part 956017 1600 955213 0000 955213 0300 0026 98CBR is an axle-back exhaust developed for the Volkswagen GTI (Mk7). It fits the 2015-2021 model years sold in the US. Like every Remus part, it is developed in Austria for a specific vehicle, so it bolts up to the factory mounting points without modification.

What It Does

As an axle-back exhaust it replaces only the rear silencer section, the part of the exhaust that shapes most of the sound you hear, while everything ahead of it stays factory. Remus lists pipe diameters of 98 mm for this part.

Sound and Character

Remus is known for a deep, characterful sound that stays civil at a steady cruise and opens up when you use the throttle.
