Description

The SilverRocket DRS-1 Flex-Carbon Swan Neck Wing is a track-engineered rear wing developed exclusively for the Porsche 718 GT4 RS and 718 GT4 RS Clubsport. Constructed from 100% racing-grade dry carbon fiber inside and out, the wing replaces the conventional aluminum inner structure with SilverRocket's proprietary Flex-Carbon load-bearing composite — a controlled-flex carbon core that maintains structural integrity under sustained aero load while reducing rotational mass at the rear of the chassis.

On-track CFD validation at the Shanghai International Circuit recorded 472 lbs of downforce at 125 mph and 15° angle of attack — 170 lbs more than the stock GT4 RS wing. Total weight is 5.84 lbs, making the DRS-1 3.34 lbs lighter than the stock 718 GT4 RS wing and 2.1 lbs lighter than the stock GT4 RS Clubsport wing, with the Flex-Carbon structure alone contributing a 1.5 kg reduction over traditional aluminum-cored designs. SilverRocket's testing also documented a passive DRS effect of approximately 1.5° AOA drop between 150–270 km/h, producing an 8 km/h top-speed increase and a 0.5-second lap time reduction. Strength validation confirmed the wing sustains over 500 lbs of applied force.

The wing ships with SUS304 1/2H stainless steel L-mounts for connection-point rigidity and screw-less dry carbon fiber endplates for a clean trailing-edge profile. Six angle-of-attack positions ranging from -2.5° to 15° are calibrated against Porsche Motorsport guidance to suit varying track configurations and driver preferences. Direct fitment is for the Porsche 718 GT4 RS and 718 GT4 RS Clubsport. The DRS-1 is also compatible with the 718 GT4 and 981 GT4 when paired with the SilverRocket GT4 3-Inch Swan Neck Wing Riser, and with the 718 and 981 platforms using the SilverRocket Dry Carbon Fiber V-Frame Tailgate & Wing Riser.

Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging.

We cannot accept a return on special ordered or custom items.

Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the AutoTalent facility are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or USPS. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release.

Special Order Items

Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

AutoTalent DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.

** All cancellations that are requested that are NOT due to items not being in stock or delayed by the manufacturer are subject to a 5% processing fee. When you place an order with us we pay credit card fees that are NOT returned back to us. We will absorb these fees if we do not have the item in stock OR if you agree to the original ETA and that ETA is NOT met. If you decide to cancel for any other reason you will not receive this 5% fee back
