Sprint Booster V3 Volvo S60, S80, V70, XC70, XC90 2000-2006

Your Volvo S60 has more response than its pedal lets on. Plugged in behind the S60 accelerator, the Sprint Booster V3 for the Volvo S60, S80, V70, XC70, XC90 (2000 to 2006) increases the pedal signal so the P2 sedan gets the throttle opening you want sooner.

Sharper response for the S60

Each press of the S60 pedal produces a voltage signal, and the Sprint Booster V3 increases it before the engine computer sees it. The result is a sedan that answers sooner at low speed and feels more alert when you merge. In a daily sedan, the change is most noticeable when pulling away from lights and joining faster traffic.

Valet mode caps acceleration on the Volvo S60 at 55, 65 or 75 percent, which is handy for new drivers or parking attendants. Pedal Lock disables the throttle entirely, so the sedan cannot be driven away while it is active.

Getting it into the S60

From the driver footwell, find the plug on the Volvo pedal assembly and connect the Sprint Booster between it and the pedal. The selector sticks to a clean surface near the steering column.
