The Urban Automotive Aero Kit is the narrow-body styling program for the new W465 Mercedes-AMG G63. It reshapes the front, roof and rear of the G-Wagon with visual carbon fiber parts made in Urban's own workshop in Milton Keynes, England, and it does this without adding any width. Urban developed the Aero Kit to replace its earlier Soft Kit, and it shares the vented bullnose hood, roof light bar, rear spoiler and branded spare wheel cover with Urban's W465 Widetrack program.

Pick the Aero Kit if you want the Urban look while keeping the factory fenders and body width. Pick the Widetrack program if you want the full wide-body conversion.

The wheels in the photos are not part of the kit. Urban offers 23 and 24 inch designs for the G-Wagon separately.

Installation

Urban supplies a full fitting guide for the Aero Kit and recommends a professional installer. On the front, the wheels and arch liners come off, the factory splitter covers are removed, the plastic mounting bosses behind them are ground flat and a 24mm hole is drilled in the lower bumper for the DRL wiring. The roof light bar and DRLs are then wired in. For the bonded parts, Urban specifies a moisture-curing polymer adhesive that takes about 24 hours to cure fully.

Fitment Notes

Urban lists the Aero Kit for the 2025-on Mercedes-AMG G63 (W465). The G550 and the electric G 580 are not listed. It does not fit the 2019-2024 W463A G-Class or earlier W463 models; Urban makes separate parts for those trucks.
