The Urban Automotive Bullnose hood transforms the front of the 2025-on Mercedes-AMG G63. Its pronounced bullnose form rises from the windshield toward the grille, giving the G-Class a more aggressive, distinctive face that ties in with the rest of Urban's W465 styling program.

The hood is made from carbon fiber and comes from Urban's Widetrack range for the W465. Urban designs its W465 G-Class parts in-house and hand-builds them in the UK at its Milton Keynes headquarters, as part of the same program as its W465 Aero Kit and Widetrack builds. It needs professional body-shop preparation, finishing and installation, so check the exposed-carbon finish you want with us before you order.

Installation

Urban's W465 Bullnose bonnet guide removes the Mercedes badge from its pins and takes the hood off the truck by its four T45 Torx bolts, after unclipping the gas struts and the washer jet pipes. The sided vents are sanded, degreased and bonded into the hood, taped while the adhesive cures, and the hood is then refitted and aligned. Paint and finishing should be done by a body shop before fitting.

Fitment Notes

Urban lists this part for the 2025-on Mercedes-AMG G63 (W465). It does not fit the 2019-2024 W463A or earlier W463 G-Class, which use different Urban parts, and it is not listed for the electric G 580. The G550 is not listed for this hood.
