Urban Automotive's RS7 Aero Kit is a three-piece carbon fiber styling program for the C8 Audi RS7 Sportback. It adds a front bumper splitter, lower side sills and a replacement rear diffuser, so the car sits visually lower all the way around while keeping its factory bumpers and body.

Urban designs and manufactures the kit in-house in the UK. Every part is made in visual exposed carbon fiber with a gloss 2x2 weave. The same three parts are used on Urban's RS6 Avant program, which adds two rear spoilers for the Avant's tailgate.

Installation

Urban's C8 fitting guide fixes the splitter with T25 Torx screws into pilot holes drilled in the bumper, reusing the two factory screws at each corner. The sills sit up against the factory side skirts with a lip and are screwed on the same way. For the diffuser, the rear bumper comes off, the factory diffuser is removed and the Urban part is fitted and bonded into the bumper. Urban notes that the tailgate gesture-opening feature, where fitted, no longer works with the carbon diffuser.

Fitment Notes

Fits the C8 Audi RS7 Sportback, US model years 2021-2025. It does not fit the earlier C7 RS7, the A7 or the S7. Urban states that these three parts also fit the C8 RS6 Avant; the RS6 kit is listed separately because it adds two Avant-only spoilers.
