Urban Automotive's pillar trims are carbon fiber overlays for the plastic trim panels on the rearmost pillars of the G63, just behind the rear side windows. They add exposed carbon to the side profile of the G-Wagon and tie in with Urban's other G63 carbon details.

Urban's fitting guide lists these as pillar overlays in its G63 Soft Kit. They are made in Milton Keynes, England, for the 2019-on W463A G63 and are supplied as a pair.

Specifications

Installation

Urban's guide has the factory pillar trim lightly sanded with a scotch cloth or fine paper, taking care not to touch the surrounding paint, and the inside of the carbon overlay sanded to give the adhesive a key. Both surfaces are cleaned, adhesive is applied to the overlay, and it is pressed into place and taped while it cures. Urban allows 12 hours for the bond to dry.

Fitment Notes

Urban lists this part for the 2019-on Mercedes-AMG G63 of the W463A generation, US model years 2019-2024. It is not listed for the G550 or for the 2025-on W465 G-Class, which has its own Urban parts, and it does not fit the earlier W463 G63.
