The Urban Automotive wheel arch extension package widens the original Lamborghini Urus with six carbon fiber arch pieces. They add width over the front and rear wheels, so the car looks lower and more muscular, and they make room for the wider wheel and tire setups Urban uses on its own Urus builds.

Urban designs every part of its Urus program with CAD and makes it in-house in Milton Keynes, England, from lightweight pre-preg carbon fiber cured in an autoclave. The arches are bonded over the factory wheel arches and are the centerpiece of Urban's complete Urus kit.

Installation

Urban's guide test-fits all six arches before anything is bonded, because the factory arches sometimes need light trimming so the Urban pieces sit flush. The bonding surfaces are prepared and cleaned, adhesive is applied, and each arch is pressed into place and taped. Urban allows around 10 hours for the arch kit to cure. Wider wheels or spacers are not included and should be checked for clearance separately.

Fitment Notes

Fits the original Lamborghini Urus, US model years 2019-2022. Urban makes separate parts for the facelifted Urus S and Urus Performante, and for the 2025-on Urus SE plug-in hybrid, so this part is not listed for those models. Urban uses a separate arch package for the Urus S and Performante.
