The Widetrack name has become synonymous with Urban, and this fender arch kit brings it to the Land Rover Defender 90 and 110. The arches add 15mm of width at each corner, giving the Defender a more purposeful stance and a more aggressive look.

Select the Defender 90 or Defender 110 kit above. The arches need no cutting or drilling, but they are a permanent bonded installation that must be prepared and fitted professionally. Urban Automotive designs its Defender parts in-house and hand-builds them in the UK at its Milton Keynes headquarters.

Specifications

Installation

Urban's guide requires every arch to be test-fitted before paint or fitting. The bonding grooves and the inside of each arch are sanded, cleaned and primed, then a full bead of adhesive is applied. Two people offer each arch up, one locating the bottom corners while the other holds the top edges away from the body so the arch pops into place rather than sliding. The arches are taped and blocked until the adhesive cures.

Fitment Notes

Choose the kit for your wheelbase: Defender 90 (US 2021-2027) or Defender 110 (2020-2027). The Defender 130 uses a separate Urban arch kit. If you are fitting a black pack bumper, do that before the arches, and fit Urban mudflaps first if you are using them.
