The XRS mirror covers replace the painted wing mirror caps on the Land Rover Defender with visual carbon fiber. They are part of Urban's XRS, or Xtreme Road Series, program for the Defender, and they add an exposed-carbon detail right in the driver's line of sight.

Every XRS carbon part is made to order and hand-built in the UK at Urban's Milton Keynes headquarters, with a lead time of about 60 days.

Urban designs its parts to work together, so you can add more pieces from the same range later and keep a consistent look.

Installation

Urban's Defender mirror cover guide masks the surrounding paint and pries the factory cover off from the bottom with a plastic trim tool. The carbon cover is test-fitted to check it sits snug and does not rub when the mirror folds; in rare cases a little trimming is needed. The contact points and the inside of the cover are sanded and degreased, and the cover is bonded on.

Fitment Notes

Fits the L663 Land Rover Defender 90 (US 2021-2027), 110 (2020-2027) and 130 (2023-2027). Not listed for the Defender OCTA, which has its own Urban mirror covers.
