VRSF E90/E92 335i Muffler Delete, N54/N55 | 2007-2013

The VRSF muffler delete is one of the most affordable exhaust upgrades for the E90, E92 and E93 335i and 335is. It replaces the restrictive factory rear muffler with stainless pipes and polished 90mm tips, and it fits both N54 and N55 cars in rear-wheel-drive and xDrive form.

What It Does

The factory rear muffler is large, heavy and very restrictive. Removing it cuts back pressure, which helps the turbos spool a little faster and gives a louder, more aggressive exhaust note that you notice the moment the car starts. It also takes weight off the back of the car.

Materials and Construction

The delete pipes are hand made from mandrel bent 2.5-inch 304 stainless steel, TIG welded with smooth radius bends. Polished 90mm tips are included and need no extra hardware. Installation requires cutting the factory exhaust, and VRSF includes everything else needed for the job.
