VRSF Bypass Track Pipes for E90/E92 M3, S65 V8 | 2008-2013

The VRSF bypass track pipes replace the factory catalytic converter section on the S65 V8 E90 and E92 M3. They are one of the best-value power upgrades for the high-revving V8, and they work with the factory exhaust, installing with supplied clamps rather than welding.

What It Does

The factory section carries 400-cell catalytic converters that add back pressure all the way to redline. Replacing them with straight stainless pipes frees up the exhaust, and VRSF measures 20 to 25 hp and 20 to 25 lb-ft at the wheels with a tune. The V8 also sounds noticeably sharper and louder.

Materials and Construction

The pipes are hand made from mandrel bent 2.5-inch 304 stainless steel, TIG welded with smooth radius bends. They are designed to work with the factory exhaust: cut the factory section and clamp the pipes into place with the supplied clamps. No welding is needed.
