Overview

This kit is configured for dedicated road racing on all 1982-92 Camaros and Firebirds using the OE factory single piston caliper spindles that have been modified to accept the Wilwood caliper brackets. Four piston, nickel finish Quick-Silver FSL4R/ST calipers, with Thermlock® pistons and internal knock-back damping springs, are volume matched for system compatibility with either a factory power brake booster and master cylinder, or a manual balance bar style pedal with appropriately sized master cylinders. The kit includes two-piece 12.19” diameter Spec 37 alloy GT series directional vane rotors to comply with SCCA American Sedan rules, cross-overs into the NASA pony car categories, or any other sanction racing with racing with 16” or 17” wheels. Unsprung and rotating weight are minimized by using forged aluminum hats to mount the rotors to the forged aluminum hubs supplied with the kit. The kit also includes high-temp Wilwood race compound pads, machined billet radial mount caliper brackets, stainless steel braided flexlines, extra length wheel studs, hub bearings, grease seals, and all premium grade hardware. Detailed instructions illustrating the required spindle modifications can be found on page 2 of the assembly instructions.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
