Over 30 years later, ATS operates a massive multi-department facility housing a full machine shop, pattern shop, fabrication shop, electronics department, powder coating, and dedicated transmission and turbocharger manufacturing — all under one roof. Paired with the legendary TripleLok and Five Star torque converters — featuring patented square-tab clutch pack construction capable of handling over 1,700 ft-lbs of torque at factory line pressure — an ATS transmission setup delivers reliability that the factory drivetrain simply cannot match.

On the forced induction side, the ATS Aurora turbocharger lineup offers upgraded factory replacement, single, and compound turbo configurations for Cummins, Duramax, and Powerstroke diesels. Aurora turbos feature all-new components including HD bearing packs, High Silicon Molybdenum cast iron housings, investment cast aluminum, and a slim-hub compressor wheel design for faster spool-up, lower EGTs, and significant horsepower and torque gains — with no core charge required. Rounding out the catalog, ATS also produces dual CP3 injection pump systems, exhaust manifolds, valve bodies, transmission controllers, intake components, and a full range of diesel performance accessories for daily drivers, heavy haulers, and all-out competition builds.
