Volkswagen is one of Milltek's original platforms — the brand cut its teeth on Mk4 and Mk5 Golf exhausts in the early 2000s and has kept pace through every GTI and Golf R generation since. Current coverage includes every Mk5 / Mk6 / Mk7 / Mk7.5 / Mk8 GTI and Golf R, plus the Jetta GLI, Arteon, Polo GTI, and Amarok. Cat-back systems, large-bore catted and decat downpipes, full turbo-back combinations, midpipes, and OPF-back / bypass systems for newer MQB-Evo cars are all represented.

A few decisions are specific to VW. Most US-market Mk7 and Mk8 GTI and Golf R cars run non-OPF, so the full Milltek range of cat-backs and decat downpipes applies; EU-market and post-2020 cars are OPF-equipped and need the GPF/OPF-back or OPF bypass variants instead. Mk7 and Mk7.5 R owners can pair a catted downpipe with a Milltek cat-back for a clean Stage 2 turbo-back that works well with the common APR, Cobb, and Unitronic tunes. On Mk8 GTI, Milltek's Road+ conversion gives the quieter factory cars a fuller Milltek sound without swapping the entire cat-back.
