The RENNtech Stage II Turbo -upgrade package for the Mercedes-Benz M256 -engine was developed to address and prevent possible OEM turbo failures when increasing the power output of the AMG 53 M256 3.0 liter 6-cylinder engine. With a strengthened turbo cartridge shaft, larger intake and exhaust impellers, and upgraded bearings the M256 Turbo upgrade is engineered to handle and deliver maximum power and torque. The use of new high quality, light weight components compensate for turbo lag despite their increased size. The impeller and turbine housings are precision CNC machined and flow tested in-house to fit the larger internal cartridge which is balanced as a complete assembly prior to installation. The RENNtech Stage II M256 Turbo Upgrade isn’t just an OEM turbo charger with machined internals; but a dramatically larger, more powerful turbocharger capable increasing the power of the AMG 53 series. The result is nothing short of spectacular with gains up to 104 HP and 105 lb-ft, delivering up to 540 HP and 515 TQ with solid reliability and longevity.     Description: RennTech offering aggressive styling and functional performance. RennTech fully adjustable DTM style rear wing is designed to work in conjunction with our carbon fiber rear deck lid spoiler and improves rear down force and stability at higher speeds. The rear wing mounting piece and uprights are a single piece, manufactured from T-6061 aircraft grade aluminum and our full carbon fiber wing element includes adjustable struts as well as machined aluminum end plates with the RennTech logo. The rear wing mounting plate with wing uprights attaches to the trunk lid via the included trunk reinforcement mounting plate. This allows the wing to bolt behind the license plate and can easily be removed or installed within 10 minutes.     RennTech Performance Stage 1 Turbo Upgrade For Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG 2014-2021
    Description: The RennTech tuning module allows the user to change the performance level and gives the ability to set different performance levels running both higher or lower boost compared to delivered settings. This gives you power on demand or economy when you want with smooth torque delivery and performance throughout the entire powerband. This also allows the user to compensate for fuel quality and places of extreme climate or to adjust for higher octane fuels and the added performance of racing blends. The lightweight forged billet wheel features a dramatically larger than stock impeller (inlet side) and an increase in the turbine trim (exhaust side). This combination of high quality, lightweight components coupled with less rolling resistance compensates for turbo lag despite being a functionally larger turbo. Our Turbo Upgrade uses a modified bearing and a stronger shaft, to remedy the factory's weaknesses. The end result is nothing short of spectacular with the RennTech turbo package making up to an incredible 460 HP and 415 TQ at the crank. More power isn’t the only performance benefit as our turbo spools quicker, offer a more responsive throttle and immediate power delivery thanks to a reduction in exhaust back pressure, rolling resistance, higher RPM's and a lighter rotating mass. In addition, our turbo upgrade kit includes the RennTech ECU Upgrade and high-performance air filter. The Turbo Upgrade has been developed in partnership with RennTech GmbH, facility in Germany, and was tested and perfected on the Nürbugring. All parts are tested in-house as well to ensure years of 100% trouble-free and leak proof operation.
