AWE Track Edition Exhaust for 2015-2021 Subaru WRX VA Sedan

For WRX owners who want it loud and plan to leave it that way, the AWE Track Edition Exhaust is the answer. It keeps all of the engineering of the Touring Edition, including the resonated mid section, but drops the tailored rear mufflers for straight rear sections. The result is an unfiltered FA20 BOXER® rumble inside and outside the 2015-2021 WRX, with sharper crackles on every shift.

The 3-inch straight-through layout maximizes flow, and AWE measured up to 8 hp and 4 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. With the mufflers gone, it is also the lightest system in the AWE WRX suite. Four 102mm double-walled slash-cut tips carry the AWE logo and adjust individually for depth in the bumper.

Know what you are getting: the Track Edition can get rowdy and drones at cruise, so AWE does not accept it back for sound preference. If it turns out to be too much, the Track-to-Touring Conversion Kit tones it down without replacing the whole exhaust. It is CNC mandrel-bent from U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel and built in-house by AWE in the USA.

The cat-back bolts on behind the factory catalytic converter and leaves every emissions device in place, and AWE lists the system as 50-state legal with no tune required. Sound limits still vary by state, so check the rules where you drive.

Fitment Notes

• Built for U.S.-market 2015-2021 Subaru WRX sedans (VA chassis) with the 2.0L FA20 turbo engine. AWE tuned this system for the WRX, so it is not the same part as the EJ25 STI Touring system.
• Not for the 2022-and-later VB WRX, the VA WRX STI or any hatchback.
• AWE exhausts are not designed to mate with other aftermarket front pipes.
• Direct bolt-on to the factory mounting points; no tune required.
• AWE does not accept returns of the Track Edition for sound preference, so please listen to the clip above before ordering.
