Brembo Big Brake Kits for BMW F80 M3 (2015-2018)

Every Brembo big brake kit we offer for the 2015-2018 BMW M3 (F80) is on this page, front and rear, in GT, GT-S, GT-R and PISTA form. The S55 twin-turbo six makes the F80 very fast, and track days quickly show the limits of the factory iron brakes. Up front there are GT 6-piston kits on 365mm, 380mm and 405mm discs and three PISTA race kits. At the rear there are GT 4-piston kits on 345mm and 380mm discs and PISTA kits. A Brembo system replaces the caliper and disc on the axle you choose with a matched caliper, disc and pad package, sold as a complete axle set.

Brembo lists the M3 kits by brake package, so each kit name starts with whether your car has BMW's carbon-ceramic brakes. Most front kits fit cars with or without them. The 365mm front kit and the 345mm rear kits are for cars without carbon-ceramics, and the other rear kits are listed separately for each brake package.

FAQ

How do I know if my M3 has carbon-ceramic brakes?
Carbon-ceramic brakes were a factory option on the F80 M3. They have gold calipers and grey, cross-drilled discs. If you are not sure, send us your VIN and we will confirm.

Which front kit is the usual choice?
For a street car that sees track days, the GT 6-piston kit on 380x34mm discs is the common pick. The 405x34mm kits give the most capacity but need larger wheels.

What is the difference between the N and T caliper kits?
Both are 6-piston GT calipers on the same disc size. Brembo lists them as two caliper families with different finish choices: the N caliper offers silver, GT-S and GT-R, and the T caliper offers fluorescent yellow.

Do the rear PISTA kits keep a parking brake?
Yes. Brembo lists the F80 rear PISTA kits with a parking brake.

Fitment Notes

Brembo lists all kits on this page for the BMW M3 (F80), 2015-2018, by brake package as named in each kit. Brembo GT systems are designed for cars at original ride height. Raising the ride height is not compatible with the brake lines included in these systems. The GT-R 6-piston caliper needs different wheel clearance from the GT 6-piston caliper.
