  • Kline Innovation DECAT Cat Pipe Set For Lamborghini Aventador SVJ
    Lamborghini’s latest tech makes the SVJ not only the fastest Aventador yet, but easily the most exploitable. With its 760hp, 6.5liters, V12 motor, and aggressive styling, the Aventador SVJ was built to impress. Here at Kline we decided to design and build the ultimate Aventador SVJ exhaust system. Sculpted from ultra lightweight Inconel 625, the design brief was simple, unrivaled sound performance, and lightness. The Sound: Here at Kline, we felt that the factory Aventador SVJ exhaust was not special enough, it does not live up to the raw nature of the supercar. The basic Kline sound requirement was to create something that would truly scream at high revs, while being almost stock quiet at cruising speeds. Under valve closure, the exhaust gasses are diverted through a series of chambers and acoustic sections to completely remove any drone. At valve open, the exhaust becomes completely free flow for optimum performance and sound, the gasses only passing through our trademark tight radius x pipe, to effectively raise the pitch of the exhaust note. The exhaust note on valve open is seriously incendiary; the x pipe raises the pitch of the exhaust note into a raucous aggressive vocal for that "demon screaming" sound!   PERFORMANCE: Removal of the catalysts, and addition of a completely free flow system under valve open, results in optimum efficiency from the exhaust, and some moderate power and torque gains. 23hp and 29nm power and torque increase. (The gains listed, are after air fuel ratios have been compensated via software for the exhaust upgrade.     The McLaren MP124C, with its 3.8l twin turbo v8, producing 592hp, Maclaren's first production car in a decade was designed to shake up the established supercar industry! Despite this, the current trend for turbo induction supercars, has the 12C in need of a little sonic makeover. Our main design criteria, to make the MP124C scream like a supercar should!   The Sound: High flow catalysts, or decats, open the volume up significantly, while our signature 1D CLR tight radius x pipe raises the pitch to where a supercar should be. Crafted from premium F1 grade, Inconel 625 superalloy, not only vastly reducing weight, but also adds that special tonal quality to the McLaren that can only be achieved by Kline Inconel range. Available in Decat for optimum sound and performance, or a choice of 100 or 200 cell high flow sports cats. The cats section is modular, allowing the cats to be swapped with decat very rapidly, depending on intended use.     The Ferrari 488, successor to the formidable 458, with its 3.9l twin turbo v8 engine producing 661hp, the 488 has become the new benchmark in supercar evolution. The only drawback, is that the signature Ferrari v8 scream has been lost to the turbo spool.   • Kline Innovation DECAT Cat Pipe Set For Mercedes S63 AMG (Coupe W222)
    The Mercedes S63 AMG, with 612 hp, and an earth shifting 900 nm torque, the V8 biturbo will propel this super sedan to 60mph in just 3.5 seconds. Here at Kline, we felt that the exhaust note should fulfil its bull baritone potential.   The Sound: Replacing the 600CPSI catalysts, with 100 cell HJS race cats, opens the sound up significantly. Addition of our trademark 20 degree 1D CLR x pipe blends the left and right banks, increasing the tenor range, and giving a fuller, richer vocal, while removing unwanted bass frequencies (drone). The Valvetronic rear silencers, containing our proprietary “Jekyl and hyde” technology, are almost stock quiet on valve closure, to allow for stealthy driving, and zero highway drone.   • Kline Innovation 200 Cell Cat Pipe Set For Porsche 997 GT2
    The GT2, the pinnacle of the 997 range. the factory setup incorporates a titanium rear silencer section, so how could we improve on this? simply upgrading the material to formula one grade Inconel 625, the removal of the center chamber, addition of our trademark tight radius x pipe, and upgrading the catalyst section for 100cpsi HJS units, or decat sections for optimum performance.   The Sound: The Factory setup produces the most lackluster sound, mainly due to a series of chambers, restrictive catalysts, and the most prominent flaw being the lack of balance between opposing banks. Replacing the stock cats for either 100cpsi, or de-cat increases the sound respectively. Replacing the chambered transverse rear silencer with freeflow harmonically tuned silencers enriches the sound, and the addition of our trademark 1D CLR laminar flow X pipe raises the exhaust pitch beyond the region in which bass noise is able to penetrate the cabin, while under hard throttle and high revs, a rich and raucious vocal ensues. This design was pioneered and innovated by Kline Innovation.   Performance: Being a turbo car, the potential for increasing performance via exhaust and software is huge. The largest gains with our De-cat system are 42hp and 50lb/ft.   • Kline Innovation Valvetronic Rear Section For Audi RS5 V8
    The RS5, striking yet elegant. Advancing revs so quickly, the 4.2l FSI v8 engine producing 444hp is a beautiful example of modern engineering. the potential to improve the sound, and power response through exhaust tuning, was enough to make this one of our early marques for a Kline Inconel full exhaust system.   The first aspect that caught our attention, the manifolds. Crushed and stunted primaries, the absence of any sort of performance collector, and a 400cpsi catalyst located within the power crucial scavenge zone of the manifold. Clearly there was room for significant improvement. It was clear from the beginning why the factory manifolds were built in this fashion, the clearance between heads, block and chassis is just millimeters, designing anything in this space was going to be a challenge. The stock cats were replaced with long primaries, and motorsport grade collectors, drastically improving torque and power response, and giving a more balanced, yet aggressive sound. Rev response is also greatly improved. (Kline offer an option to fit 100 cpsi cats to the downpipes) The next point that could be improved, the addition of a 20 degree x pipe to the center section. being a v8 with a cross plane crank configuration, significant additional power is generated by relieving pressure spikes associated with the uneven firing pattern. we also offer the option of a resonated (silenced) or non-resonated center section, to suit sound requirements. The rear silencer section, working with the cars stock vacuum actuated valve system, we crafted a set of light weight, valvetronic rear silencers. on valve open the system becomes completely freeflow, for optimum performance, and aggressive sound. under valve closure, exhaust gases are diverted through a series of chambers and acoustic filled section, tuned towards low rpm torque, and a very quiet volume at cruising speeds. the rear section comes in two options, a mild sport not under valve closure, and a stock quiet under valve closure.   • Kline Innovation 200 Cell Cat Pipe Set For Ferrari F430
    The Ferrari F430, with its striking looks, and single plane crank V8, and 8500 rpm redline is a pure drivers machine . Here at kline we decided to build the ultimate exhaust system for the F430. The criteria? simply to create an exhaust that acheived the best possible performance, sound and weight savings available.   The Sound: Starting at the drawing board, the first aspect to be upgraded, replacing the stock catalysts for high performance 100cpsi race catalysts, thus reducing the gas drag coefficient, and improving scavenge, and ultimately torque response and peak power figures. Replacing the heavy, cumbersome factory silencer, for our harmonically tuned ultra light weight Inconel 625 silencer, we were able to enrich both bass and treble frequencies, as well as significantly reducing weight. The final, and perhaps one of the most important design features, unique to Kline. Our trademark tight radius laminar flow x pipe. The resulting sound is exceptionally smooth under light driving conditions, and a howling raucous high pitched incendiary vocal when you need it. Under low revs (valve closure) the gases pass through an acoustically tuned silencer, with the cross sections tuned toward reaching optimum gas velocity for achieving maximum torque. under hard load and high revs, the valves open for optimum power, and that unhindered F1 scream. Tips come in either, double skinned mitre cut, or F1 grade pre preg carbon fiber. Named after a famous fighting bull, with a 5.2 liter v10 producing 610 hp, the Huracan is a formidable supercar, fulfilling lamborghini's tradition in the uncompromising. Here at Kline we decided to design and build the ultimate Huracan exhaust system. Sculpted from ultra lightweight Inconel 625, the design brief was simple, unrivaled sound performance, and lightness. The Sound: Here at Kline, we felt that the factory Huracan exhaust, based on the same silencer design as the LP models, wasn't really special enough, it doesn't live up to the raw nature of the supercar. The basic Kline sound requirement, was to create something that would truly scream at high revs, while being almost stock quiet at cruising speeds. Under valve closure the exhaust gasses are diverted through a series of chambers and acoustic sections to completely remove any drone. The Sound: Our main criteria for the F12, to produce a super light, Inconel 625, valvetronic, full exhaust system, that would be subtle and pleasant at cruising speeds, but to open up the sound to full scream on full throttle and valve open. Replacing the stock catalyst for high flow 100cpsi HJS sports catalysts, we were able to open the sound significantly. Replacing the stock H pipe for our perfect geometry, laminar flow X-Pipe, enriches the tone, as well as raising the pitch, and producing a fuller, more aggressive sound to the exhaust note.     Successor to the 360 Challenge Stradale, the Ferrari 430 Scuderia. The 4.3 liter V8, and 3.6 second 0-100km/h set the benchmark against which its contemporaries were measured. The Kline design criteria for the Scuderia, simply to produce an ultralightweight exhaust system, that would produce optimum torque and power gains, and craft and perfect the ultimate phonic experience!   The Sound: Here at Kline, we felt that the Factory exhaust for the 430 scuderia did not reflect the true beauty of this stunning supercar, or reach the full sonic potential of the 4.3 liter V8 Starting at the drawing board, the first aspect to be upgraded, replacing the stock catalysts for high performance 100cpsi race catalysts, thus reducing the gas drag coefficient, and improving scavenge, and ultimately torque response and peak power figures.Replacing the heavy, cumbersome factory silencer, for our harmonically tuned silencer, we were able to enrich both bass and treble frequencies, as well as significantly reducing weight. The final, and perhaps one of the most important design features, unique to Kline. Our trademark tight radius laminar flow x pipe. The resulting sound is unbelievably smooth under light driving conditions, and a howling raucous high pitched incendiary vocal when you need it. Under low revs (valve closure) the gases are allowed to pass through a chamber, and an acoustic ceramic filled silencer, with the cross sections tuned toward reaching optimum gas velocity for achieving maximum torque. under hard load and high revs, the valves open for optimum power.
