AMS Intercooler Pipes | 2021-2026 Ford F-150 & Raptor EcoBoost

The AMS Performance 2021+ F-150 Intercooler Pipes (AMS.55.09.0003-1) replace every piece of Ford's molded plastic charge piping, hot side and cold side, on the 2021-2026 F-150 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost, 3.5L PowerBoost and 3.5L Raptor. One part number fits all of those trucks. AMS calls it the largest intercooler piping set on the market for this platform.

Ford necks the driver-side intercooler inlet tube down to a 41mm inside diameter. Both AMS inlet tubes step up to 65.5mm and hold that size through the bends, for up to 155 percent more flow area on the hot side. On the cold side, the AMS outlet tube deletes the factory plastic adapter and its hard molded bend for up to 22 percent more flow area. Pressure loss climbs faster than airflow, so the gain matters more as you add a tune and a bigger intercooler.

The pipes are mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum in black powder coat. Every joint uses stepped 5-ply silicone couplers that sit flush with the pipe, a billet adapter handles the factory quick disconnect at the intercooler outlet, and a 1/8 in NPT port in the throttle body inlet tube is ready for a boost reference, BOV or wastegate signal, meth injection or an extra IAT sensor. The kit keeps the factory fittings and mounting points, needs no cutting and is fully reversible.

Before You Order

AMS sells the hot side and cold side only as a complete set. The factory fittings are reused.

Installation

The pipes bolt in with no cutting or trimming using the factory fittings and mounting points, and AMS ships them with detailed instructions. They are fully reversible to stock.

FAQ

Does it fit the PowerBoost and Raptor?
Yes. AMS uses one part number for every 2021+ 2.7L EcoBoost, 3.5L EcoBoost, PowerBoost and 3.5L Raptor truck.

Will it work with the factory intercooler?
Yes, it replaces the factory piping on either side of the intercooler. AMS built it to mate with the AMS Stock Location Intercooler.

Does it work with the AMS high mount intercooler?
No. These pipes are not compatible with the AMS High Mount Intercooler. AMS expects a version for the high mount in Q1 2027.
