AMS 90mm Catted Midpipe, 90mm Exit | 2009-2024 Nissan GT-R R35

The AMS Performance R35 GT-R 90mm Catted Midpipe with the 90mm exit (part number ALP.07.05.0006-1) gives a GT-R the flow of a big-bore race midpipe while keeping catalytic converters in the system. It merges the twin 76mm (3") downpipe outlets into a 90mm (3.5") primary, which cuts turbulence and backpressure for faster turbo response.

The converters are GESI Ultra High Output stainless cats, which AMS describes as EPA certified for OBDII vehicles in 49 states. AMS reports no notable power loss compared with a catless midpipe, so you no longer have to swap parts back for an emissions check. The converters are built for boosted race use: they tolerate up to 1500 °F and are designed not to rattle loose after repeated heat cycles.

This version keeps the full 90mm diameter to the exit for cars with a 90mm rear section. Like every AMS midpipe it is stainless steel throughout, hand TIG welded, and uses stainless flex sections and 3/8" flanges for a leak-free, long-lasting fit.
