Overview

Running the AWE Track Edition on your C8 Corvette and finding the highway drone wearing thin? The AWE Track-to-Touring Conversion Kit gives the car Touring Edition manners without replacing the whole exhaust. It swaps the two straight Track Edition rear sections for AWE's 180 Technology® mufflers, which cancel drone and smooth out the in-cabin tone change when the LT2 switches between V4 and V8 modes.

The front of the system, the asymmetric crossover, the flex sections and your quad tips all stay in place. It is a clamp-off, clamp-on job at the rear. Because 180 Technology® is a straight-through design, flow is not choked: tuned chambers reflect the drone frequencies back out of phase so they cancel. The mufflers are built in-house by AWE from U.S.-made T304L stainless steel.

It is the easy fix if your Stingray or E-Ray has become more of a road-trip car, or you simply want a quieter cabin. Keep your Track sections and you can switch back any time.

AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

Fitment Notes

Only for the AWE Track Edition cat-back on the C8 Corvette (3020-42080 or 3020-43086). It is not a standalone exhaust.

Shipping & returns

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
