The iconic CAPRISTO Valved Exhaust System delivers the perfect balance between an aggressive exhaust note during acceleration and a more subdued sound for city driving.
This dual-functionality is achieved through vacuum-actuated valve flaps that adjust based on driving conditions and driver input. At lower engine speeds or while cruising, the valves remain closed, producing a deeper exhaust note. During wide-open throttle, the valves open, allowing the engine’s full symphony to be heard.
The exhaust valves are backpressure-controlled and user-programmable via the included CES-3 Control Module. The programmable control unit features three modes, operated via a remote key fob:
- Cruise: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs.
- Sport: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and during hard acceleration.
- Open: Exhaust valves remain open.
Both the Cruise and Sport modes can be individually programmed for specific backpressure settings, providing precise control based on the driver’s preferences.
CAPRISTO Exhaust systems are meticulously engineered and manufactured using advanced 3D laser-scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling at our factory in Germany. Each system is crafted from high-grade T309 (1.4828) stainless steel and hand-polished to a mirror finish. This alloy was selected for its exceptional sonic resonance, lightweight nature, and durability, closely resembling the properties of Inconel used in F1.
Mid-Silencer Delete
These lightweight pipes replace the heavy OEM silencer, removing flow restrictions from the exhaust system.
The removal of the silencer enhances the engine's aggressive sound.
Made from T309 (1.4828) stainless steel.
