Vacuum-Actuated Valve Flaps: These flaps adjust based on driving conditions and driver input. At lower engine speeds and during cruising, the valves remain closed to produce a deeper exhaust note. At wide-open throttle, the valves open to unleash the full symphony of the engine.

Backpressure-Controlled Valves: The included Valve Controller Remote allows you to manually control the flaps, keeping them open permanently if desired. When set to automatic, the in-series control unit manages the valve operation, allowing precise control over the exhaust sound according to your personal preferences.
Advanced Engineering:
- Precision Manufacturing: CAPRISTO exhaust systems are engineered and produced using advanced 3D laser scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping, and CNC bending/milling at our factory in Germany. Each system is crafted from high-grade T309 (1.4828) stainless steel and hand-polished to a mirror finish. This specific alloy was chosen for its excellent sonic resonance, lightweight, and durability, closely resembling the properties of Inconel used in F1.

Performance Enhancement: These lightweight test pipes replace the heavy OEM catalytic converters, eliminating the flow restriction that catalytic converters impose on an exhaust system and increasing horsepower. Removing the converters also enhances the aggressive engine sound, making these pipes ideal for track days and race applications.

Design: The pipes include pre-installed and threaded Lambda or Oxygen Sensor Bungs and are made from T309 (1.4828) stainless steel for durability and performance.
IMPORTANT:
- Installation: The system is designed to fit directly into existing OEM mounting points.
- Usage Recommendation: Recommended for off-road and track use only. Removing OEM catalytic converters may trigger a CEL (Check Engine Light). To resolve this, you may need to tune the ECU.
