The CAPRISTO Valved Exhaust System is engineered specifically for the Ferrari 430 Scuderia, offering a significant performance enhancement and a dramatic improvement in exhaust note. With a power gain of up to 20hp over the stock system, this exhaust system provides both an aggressive sound and refined control.
Features:
- Valve Control: The system features a 70mm exhaust valve control. When the valves are closed, the exhaust produces a much more aggressive note compared to the OEM exhaust. When the valves open, the sound is dramatically enhanced, similar to the CAPRISTO Racing exhaust.

Dual Sound Modes:
- Closed Valves: At lower engine speeds and during cruising, the valves are closed, creating a deeper, more subdued exhaust note.
- Open Valves: At wide-open throttle, the valves open to release the full, aggressive symphony of the engine.
Valve Operation:
- ECU-Controlled: The opening and closing of the CAPRISTO valves are controlled by the engine ECU, replicating the functionality of the original exhaust system. OEM vacuum pipes fit directly into the CAPRISTO valve system.
- Optional Wireless Remote: For added convenience, a wireless remote controller is available, allowing manual control of the exhaust valves at the touch of a button. In the closed position, control returns to the engine ECU.
Engineering and Materials:
- Advanced Manufacturing: CAPRISTO Exhaust systems are crafted using advanced 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital Prototyping, and CNC Bending/Milling at our factory in Germany.
- High-Grade Stainless Steel: Made from T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel and hand-polished to a mirror finish. This alloy is chosen for its superior sonic resonance, low weight, and durability, similar to Inconel used in Formula 1.
250 Cell Sports Cats with Heat Blankets:
- Construction: Made of T309 (1.4828) Grade Stainless Steel and hand-polished. Includes custom hand-sewn heat blankets to reduce under-hood temperatures and protect surrounding components from heat damage.
- High Performance: Featuring a 250 cell-per-square-inch substrate designed to enhance airflow and performance. The larger cell size improves exhaust gas flow, optimizing the high-flow characteristics of the system.
Installation Notes:
- Mounting Requirements: During installation, it is crucial to remove all OEM mountings and use the exhaust bracket provided with the CAPRISTO system. The CAPRISTO mounting system is designed to replace the original support system, even if the OEM silencer is retained.
- Recommended Use: For off-road and track use only.
- CEL Warning: Replacing your OEM catalytic converters may trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL). To address a recurring CEL, tuning the ECU or using O2 sensor extensions may be necessary
