The CAPRISTO High-Performance Header System is engineered specifically for the Porsche 991.2 GT3/GT3RS, offering significant improvements in performance, sound, and weight reduction.
ATTENTION:
- The Capristo underbody engine cover is compatible only with the 991.2 GT3RS. For the 991.2 GT3, the original underbody protection must be modified to accommodate the headers.
Performance and Sound: The complete CAPRISTO system delivers a balanced increase in power, drivability, and sound quality. The system offers the best of both worlds—an aggressive exhaust note under acceleration and a more subdued sound for city driving.
Engineered for Excellence: Manufactured using cutting-edge technologies such as 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital Prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling at the CAPRISTO factory in Germany, this system is made from T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel and hand-polished to a mirror finish. The T309 alloy was chosen for its excellent sonic resonance properties, low weight, and durability—comparable to the Inconel material used in Formula 1 racing.
Performance Headers: The headers feature a bespoke design with optimized pipe routing compared to stock manifolds. This design maximizes exhaust flow, resulting in better performance and engine efficiency.
Integrated Sports Cats (250 Cell): The system includes 250-cell High-Performance Sports Catalytic Converters, designed to improve airflow and increase overall performance. The substrate, made from high-quality materials, features a 250-cell count per square inch, maximizing exhaust flow.
The 5.2-inch packaging of the sports cats ensures optimal exhaust gas flow and seamless integration with the CAPRISTO valved exhaust system, which optimizes both performance and sound.

- This system is recommended for off-road and track use only.
- Replacing the OEM catalytic converters may trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL). To disable this, an ECU tune or O2 Sensor Extensions may be required.
